Manchester also known as the San Fransisco of the north is situated in the north west of England and is home to two of the most popular football teams in the country, Manchester city and Manchester United. It is really lively and is renowned for it’s great music scene, arguably the best in England. It became popular in the 80′ with Joy division, The Smiths, or even The Stone Roses.
It attracts people from all around the world. One of them is Cantona the French football player who became famous for his exeptional football skills and also for his « Kung fu kick ».
It is fascinating to live in Manchester. Despite the continual rain there there is a warmth generated by the Mancunians that just makes you want to stay there.
